• 3+ years of current Full Service Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Manager experience
• High Volume Background; must have KM experience in restaurants exceeding $4 million in sales per year
• Experience developing and building strong hourly teams
• Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
