Crazy Shirts’ purpose is to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that take our customers on the endless vacation in everyday life. The Internet Marketing Specialist supports this purpose by developing and executing the company’s Internet marketing strategies and website initiatives.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Utilizing overall corporate marketing strategies and initiatives, develops and executes Internet marketing programs including website content/creative, email marketing, and navigation and architecture to meet company objectives and goals.
• Continually researches Internet marketing trends and technology such as search engines, shopping portals, and other online marketing tools to plan future Internet marketing initiatives.
• Analyzes web metrics and customer data to promote the company brand and products through various Internet channels.

• Provides consultation and partnership to various departments, including all levels of management, as well as third-party vendors to improve the quality and efficiency of the website and Internet-related processes.
• Works with marketing team to build a cohesive brand and consumer experience through various marketing projects in a multi-channel retail environment.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business, marketing, or related field

• 3 years experience in website development and Internet marketing
• Java script and data integration experience helpful

• Advanced knowledge in HTML, style sheets, and graphic design programs
• Experience in search engine and email marketing

 

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and moving items.
