MARKETING MANAGER

Hawaii’s largest locally owned insurance agency is seeking a highly motivated individual to create and implement programs that will generate new sales and increase retention of clients.  Possess basic knowledge of all the products that Atlas sells and provides ideas that will increase revenues or retain clients utilizing viral marketing sources.  Stays on top of the latest viral techniques being utilized in the industry or other industries and creatively applies this knowledge to generate new sales and retain clients.

 

Responsible to develop and implement an annual marketing plan that is shared with the Atlas management group and approved by the President.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred.  Minimum seven years experience in insurance, marketing or advertising, preferably with Hawaii businesses.  Experience in E-marketing preferred.
