Job Description

PMO Lead Minimum Requirements: Minimum of (5) years of experience in PMO, Project Management and/or Service Delivery. PMP certified or demonstrable knowledge of industry best practices embodied in PMIs Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Experience managing Project Management activities on at least one mid-sized IT project through to completion Experience managing staff in a matrixed organization Understanding of technologies that support SOA and COTS products preferred Experience in Public Sector, State HHS eligibility systems, Medicaid, and/or Healthcare reform preferred A bachelors degree Responsibilities: Manage 1 Scheduler, 1 Deliverables Manager/Quality Lead, .5 PMO Coordinator Track progress of critical project deliverables Track and report on project level issues and risks Track and report on project change requests Create regular and ad-hoc status reporting documents Facilitate project status, issues, risks meetings Represent CGI in customer and external stakeholder meetings as required At CGI, were a team of builders.
