ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager at our Honolulu, HI branch office.. This position will report to the District Manager. This position will be responsible for the leadership, oversight, financial success and profitability of the branch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be proactive with the Sales Department in building the branches customer base and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Visitingjob sites to ensure compliance with all safety protocols, performing quality control audits and ansering customer questions and concerns.
- Assist in collections on problem accounts
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets
- Operational goal setting, P & L accountability, employee coaching and development and performance management
Job Requirements
Skill:Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Requires previous Elevator management experience. APPLICANTS WITHOUT ELEVATOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
- Demonstration of strong elevator operational skills, excellent customer service, negotiation, project management and conflict resolution skills
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Computer and MS Office proficiency
- Oracle ERP experience a plus
