Job Classification: Direct Hire Our client is looking for a very professional results-driven Business Development Channel Manager to bring to the team!The Business Development Channel Manager (Channel Manager) will manage the health care channel for revenue growth. The Channel Manager will work with the chief revenue officer (CRO) to conceptualize, model, initiate, grow and manage health care channel partner programs and relationships to drive profitable new business to our core PEO businesses. DutiesThe business development channel manager will meet goals by successfully performing the following duties.-Active engagement with the salesforce and sales admin team, learning our service offering and pricing, value proposition, pricing and proposal process, sales tools, etc.-Vet potential channel partner relationships health insurance carriers-Initiate and manage health care channel partner relationships for core HR services-Measure results of partnerships, collect feedback from channel partners, recommend improvements, and iterate-Reinforce success of the health care channel partner program by developing deeper relationships with partners-Continuously modify/improve terms of beta partnerships to maximize growth potential by maintaining balance between partner incentives for growth and gross margin-Vet additional partners for expansion of channel partner program Please call 808-838-4970 if this is something youre interested in or know of someone who may be!
