The T-Mobile Small Business Sales team members directly establish and cultivate relationships with local merchants to offer them T-Mobiles stellar line of products and services. SBARs are ambitious and resilient, creating their own network of customers, generating leads and sales to small businesses within a specific geographic territory. Organization and time-management skills will be beneficial as you enjoy the flexibility, autonomy, and responsibility of working out in the field. The nature of the SBAR position is high-spirited, often working collaboratively and partnering with T-Mobile Retail Stores to drive small business sales and opportunities cross functionally. Job Requirements

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Fearless cold calling and canvassing within assigned territory
  • Devising creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
  • Partnering proactively and helping assigned Retail Stores Business Sales efforts to drive Business Sales results cross functionally
Job Requirements: Functional / Technical Skills:
  • 1 + years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience within a business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Effective negotiating and closing skills
  • Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product / service proposals and pricing quotations
  • Wireless, telecom, or technology industry experience preferred
  • Valid drivers license, satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional nights and weekends
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
