Director of Customer Service EPMO

TEKsystems is looking for an Director of Customer Service for one of our clients in beautiful Honolulu, HI. Perfect candidate would have experience with IT/Services Domain, great leadership skills and expertise in services (HR, legal, customer service).

Nice to have:

- experience with Oracle/SAP/Salesforce platforms

- experience with electric utility business processes

- experience establishing customer service PMO

- experience managing customer service projects (call center, software implementation)
