Water Plant Mechanic

Hawaiian Isles Water Company has a opening for a Plant Mechanic.  Will be responsible for repair and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment on a high speed manufacturing/bottling line.

Position is responsible for repairing and installing water purification and packaging equipment, inspects equipment for proper functioning and performs preventive maintenance duties per manufacturers specifications.  Also will be responsible for service, maintenance and repair of bottle blow mold equipment.

3-5 years proven knowledge in mechanical,electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repair and procedure required.  5 years maintenance/repair experience in high speed manufacturing line preferred.  Also prefer someone with hands on experience working on bottle blow mold equipment; SIG preferred.

Experience working with single and three phase motors, relay/power controls, circuit boards, working with PLCs and working with electrical systems required.  Computer skills include use of software to interface with off site technicians from equipment manufacturers.
