Title: Analyst III Programs - Risk Manager, Senior

Position Summary This Position is Contingent Upon Award:

This contract will support the United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) J8, Joint Innovation and Experimentation Division, Camp Smith, Hawaii in providing analysis, operations, testing and evaluation, and program management efforts focusing on new or existing capabilities in the fields of but not limited to, operational energy, cyber, electronic warfare, C4ISR, sensors and aircraft.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting programmatic risk. Ability to outline and report against the programs strategic objectives and assess exposures and limits. Provide analysis of potential risks and prepare risk mitigation plans as necessary. Develop and implement methodologies for the assessment of risk factors.

Basic Qualifications (including education and years of experience required)

Bachelors Degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline.

Ten years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.

10 Years of professional experience.

This position requires a minimum of SECRET security clearance.
