Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Work in conjunction with Account Executive to help manage existing client database and grow his/her ownclients at the same time

Manage customer support processes for current customers.

Generate FHA and Conventional mortgages through effective prospecting of mortgage brokers and

bankers.

Develop and manage all business opportunities within a defined territory.

Act as a liaison between Freedom Mortgage and the mortgage broker/banker throughout all phases of the

loan process.

Maintain sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
