Corporate Revenue Manager

Pay: Pay up to $50k

Manage revenue meetings and revenue decisions for assigned properties with the core objective of optimizing top line revenue and profit. Includes reporting and analysis, optimization changes, RM meetings, channel management, OTA promotional opportunities, and operations liaison.

1. Reporting, analysis and optimization changes:

a. Ensure reports are updated on schedule.

b. Analyze reports and decide on needed changes.

c. Ensure these changes are made across all channels.

2. Revenue Manager meetings:

a. Prepare for and direct weekly RM meetings for assigned properties.

b. Effectively communicate observations and analysis to the team and acquire an appropriate reaction that will maximize revenues.

c. Manage schedules, invites and distribution lists for each meeting.

3. Channel Management:

a. Ensure inventory, rates and restrictions are in parity and updated at all times.

b. Manage all configuration and mapping for all software or extranets related to channel management.

c. Control passwords and access levels for all users throughout Aqua.

d. Conduct training when determined necessary.

4. OTA promotions:

a. Determine promotional schedule for assigned properties.

5. Operations liaison:

a. Field and assist with daily requests, inquiries, problems or training for the operations team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree: Marketing

• 5-10 years experience
