Job Description

Job is located in Honolulu, HI.

If you enjoy the hospitality industry and love working with people – this career could be for you! A major fortune 500 company is in need of several NON-CDL Drivers to work in the Waikiki area. Saturday thru Sunday schedule, weekends a must. Hours of operation are from 6am -11pm.

Career Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the rental center, airport and hotels in a timely manner.

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, passengers to assist with loading and unloading luggage, answering questions on directions, special events, tourist attractions, etc.

Practice Safety 100% of the time to passengers, pedestrians and other drivers on the road.

Excellent communication and written skills. Must be able to speak, read and write English effectively.

Must have a professional and personable attitude. Reliable and responsible.

Must be able to utilize two-way radio to announce the arrival and coordinate the pick-up of customers.

Must be a great team player – able to understand and follow oral and written directions

Mechanical duties helpful – must be able to perform preventative maintenance on the shuttle vehicles such as checking oil and general cleaning; maintain and update gasoline logs and vehicle checklists.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements (Must be able to show all documents/certifications)

Must be able to handle all physical duties – lifting up to 75lbs, standing, sitting, push, pull and all other labor duties required.

Must be over 21 years old.

Must have experience in driving large vehicles or vans, and at least 1 year of customer service. Hospitality experience helpful.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Valid Drivers License as required by state

NON-CDL, Clean Drivers Abstract – May be required to complete a DOT exam.

Cleared State and Federal Background Checks, drug tests
