Job Classification: Contract Skills:- Perform manufacturing activities and other tasks as necessary in a laboratory environment- Familiar with safe handling and use of laboratory chemicals including solvents, bases and acids- Records observations and measurements laboratory equipment- Assists with receipt and inspection of raw materials and stocking of materials and equipment- Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasksJob Functions:- Support the manufacture of materials, including preparation, the use and safe handling of hazardous chemicals, and data input and record keeping- Use proprietary instruments to collect spectral data at various stages of production- Provide periodic production or process reports as requested- Related tasks as determined in collaboration with management- Work under the supervision of shift managerEducation:- Associate-level degree in science or technology in preferred but not required- 2+ years in an R&D laboratory setting, including wet chemistry experience Join Aerotek Scientific®LLC, one of the fastest growing providers of scientific and clinical research services in the nation.
