• Restaurant Kitchen Manager: 3+ years of current Full Service or Upscale Casual Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Manager experience
• Restaurant Manager: 2+ years of current Full Service or Upscale Casual Restaurant Manager experience
• High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
• Working knowledge of restaurants operations, financials and control systems
• Proven track records of passionate customer service -- ability to develop team members and deliver legendary guest services every day
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Ability to manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge while promoting culture and values
