Sound appetizing? Heres what were looking for:- Restaurant Kitchen Manager: 3+ years of current Full Service or Upscale Casual Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Manager experience
- Restaurant Manager: 2+ years of current Full Service or Upscale Casual Restaurant Manager experience
- High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
- Working knowledge of restaurants operations, financials and control systems
- Proven track records of passionate customer service -- ability to develop team members and deliver legendary guest services every day
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Maintaining high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Ability to manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge while promoting culture and values
- LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED
