Sales Performance Management Analyst at Honolulu

Job Description

Collects, analyzes and reports on sales performance data, including but not necessarily limited to developing sales forecasts and monitoring the relationship between sales, growth and incentives. Develops and maintains new and/or existing reports to ensure performance management needs are met by Consumer Banking, Business Banking and American Insurance & Investments (A.I.I.).

Job Requirements

• College degree in business strongly preferred
• 3-5 years demonstrated work experience producing accurate and meaningful summary reports for management use in assessing business efficiencies and expected results and supporting sales performance management
• Proficient computer skills with strong emphasis in MS Excel. Experience with Business Objects and/or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in developing presentations using PowerPoint, Visio, Excel
• Working knowledge of statistical software, analytical tools and data query program languages, e.g., MS Access, SAS, SQL and Cognos Business Objects is preferred
• Working knowledge of bank branch operations is preferred
