Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Plan, schedule, and manage the daily work activities within the warehouse (i.e., allocation, customer return, returns and packing) to performance metrics in the areas of cost, customer service, and inventory/quality control.
• Leverage continuous improvement methodologies to enhance cost and process optimization, thus maximizing a clean and safe work environment.
• Configure and troubleshoot distribution center hardware and operate equipment to include bar code scanners, label printers, personal computers, and pick ticket printer, sorter, server and repair and refurbish equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining overall inventory cycle count process and procedures and quality control within the warehouse.
• Responsible for coverage during off hours, weekends and holidays as business needs occur.
• Scan in/out product received from and delivered to online customers.
• Receive and transfer product to/from vendors. 
• Operate disk-testing machine as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory as directed.  Process and resolve exception items such as missing labels, wrong product, etc. as needed.
• Sort and return incoming product from customers to assigned location. 
• Prepare incoming product from vendors for rental. 
• Process previously used product for disposition as needed.
• Pull product for fulfillment of pick lists. 
• Assist with packing and labeling outbound orders as needed

 Requirements

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver license

 

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications, including Outlook, Access, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Word.
• 5-7 years’ experience supervisory skills with a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Effective written and oral communications skills and effective organization abilities are required.
• Incumbent must have the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Advanced managerial/supervisory experience.
