• You successfully achieve business and personal sales goals.
• You deliver excellent customer service and support that inspires repeat visits and expands our customer base.
• You provide expert product and service selection advice so that customers purchase products that meet their individual needs and wishes
• You will continually develop your product knowledge to guarantee the best suited product for the customer’s needs
• You meet and exceed all of the position’s customer service and performance minimum standards
• You actively establishing working relationships based on trust and mutual respect
• You assist in loss prevention through awareness, attention to detail and integrity

 Requirements

Are you the one?

• Minimum age of 18
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet base access clearance requirements
• If driving on the base, hold current driver’s license and proof of insurance
• 2 years of retail and customer service experience preferred
• Experience and aptitude with products and services preferred
• Experience in a retail and/or customer service environment with a working knowledge of cashiering, receipt processing, and inventory procedures is preferred
• Excellent customer service skill set
• Strong negotiating skills to continuously and effectively generate and close sales
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior successful sales experience & product knowledge is a plus
• Ability to properly and respectfully address military personnel
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
