HVAC Detailing Manager at Honolulu

- Have good-excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, and an ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks.

- Good negotiation skills will be working with contractors will be communicating with multiple vendors

- Conscientious, self-motivated, good attitude, and a team player.

- Valid Hawaii drivers license, and insurable with no major infractions.

 Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

- 10 years experience in HVAC/Sheet Metal/Plumbing/Fire Sprinkler and/or project management.
- Able to read and understand plans & specifications, and produce clear and concise cost estimates within deadlines.
- Knowledge of Federal, State and City bidding procedures.
- Estimating & pre-construction services experience in design/build projects.
- Proficient in use of PC, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Knowledge of the following is a plus:

• Estimating,
• Auto CAD
• Auto CAD MEP
• BIM 
• Design Suite
• PM software a plus.
