Job Description

Seeking Full-Time Call Center Representatives needed for 24 hour 7 day a week Customer Service department. This is a long-term temporary assignment with the possibility of extension thereafter.

Duties: Answering phones to assist customers with directory assistance, operator assistance and conferencing services that will be available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. 

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Must be available to work any/all days/shifts, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, including weekends and holidays. Excellent attendance is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
  • Computer proficient with the ability to navigate multiple desktop windows while talking to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Military Background/Terminology helpful.
  • Federal Criminal background check and drug test will be completed prior to hire.

 

Location: Pearl Harbor

 

Training: 2 weeks paid training provided

 

Parking: Provided at no cost
