Job Description
Seeking Full-Time Call Center Representatives needed for 24 hour 7 day a week Customer Service department. This is a long-term temporary assignment with the possibility of extension thereafter.
Duties: Answering phones to assist customers with directory assistance, operator assistance and conferencing services that will be available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be available to work any/all days/shifts, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, including weekends and holidays. Excellent attendance is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience and excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
- Computer proficient with the ability to navigate multiple desktop windows while talking to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Military Background/Terminology helpful.
- Federal Criminal background check and drug test will be completed prior to hire.
Location: Pearl Harbor
Training: 2 weeks paid training provided
