Director of Deposit Operations at Honolulu

Job Description

Responsible for planning, implementing, executing, and managing strategic and operational goals of Deposit Operations and Transaction Management Departments.  Responsible for compliance and safety & soundness of the Bank’s deposit operations to applicable banking laws and regulatory compliance; administer, establish programs, monitor, and train bank personnel in specific areas of operations compliance including developing and updating policies and procedures.   

 

 

Job Requirements

At least 7 years of previous banking experience in branch operations and bank regulations. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong PC skills; working knowledge of all common Office applications (i.e. Word & Excel) and Internet applications. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
