Classification: Secretary/Admin AsstCompensation: $10.00 to $15.00 per hour
Honolulu Insurance Company is seeking a temporary-to-full-time Administrative Assistant. Duties include filing, correspondence, status reports, heavy data entry, maintain medical diary, assist with incoming phone calls, special projects and other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Job Requirements
Requires 1+ year recent administrative experience, basic proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel, type 55+ wpm, fast and accurate 10-key by touch, good math and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, able to handle a high volume of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with rushes and deadlines, able to work effectively both independently and within a team, neat and organized, strong attention to detail and accuracy in work, flexible and reliable.
