Night Auditor Bay Club at Waikoloa

A Night Auditor with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for performing daily auditing and balancing procedures.

What will I be doing?

As a Night Auditor, you would be responsible for performing daily auditing and balancing procedures. Reconcile charges, performs back-up and close out procedures and generates reports. Process reservations, payments and performs period-end duties. Check guests in and out providing them information and additional services as needed. Issue keys, safe deposit boxes and processes payments. Work to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist as needed to ensure maximum inventory is available.

 

Basic Qualifications
*  Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Front Desk/Reservations or related guest service role
*  Minimum one (1) year cash handling experience
*  Excellent analytical, problem solving, and mathematics processing skills
*  Ability to work a schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays, with the flexibility to change shifts and coverage shifts on short notice.
*  Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and office equipment
*  Basic knowledge of accounting functions.
 
Preferred Qualifications
*  College level coursework in accounting, finance, business, or hospitality.  
 
Additional Considerations
*  Relocation is not provided for this position.  Local candidate preferred.
*  High School graduate or equivalent required.
