Job Classification: Contract The Commercial Field Administrator acts as the assistant to and provides administrative, material planning, logistics,and purchasing support to the Commercial Construction Superintendent, acting in their behalf in a limited capacity. Responsible for tracking, receiving, and documenting all material shipped to/from site.Responsibilities:- Arranging for and/or meeting with superintendent and client representatives, building officials, contractors, and vendors- Setting up, organizing, and maintaining the job site offices, stores, and other facilities, ensuring posting of all company, health and safety, and legal notices- Prepare and submit time sheets for all on-site personnel- Prepare and submit Oracel per diem iExpense reports for all on-site personnel- Coordinate receipt and disbursal or payroll an dper diem checks- Coordinate delivery of all material to site with Material Planning/Logistics- Communicates status of material delivered among Superintendent, Material Planning/Logistics and Engineering including maintenance of Google Docs material tracking tool- Track all non-bill material (BOM) purchases on Google Docs material tracking tool- Control and issue Field Purchase Orders- Coordinate with Senior Buyer to located, reserve, and issue FPO for hotel accommodations for on-site personnel and visitors- receiving, documenting, and storing al on-site deliveries received from suppliers, vendors, and warehouse- Coordinate loading/uploading teams for large delivery events, including modules, inverters, and balance of systems- Verifying and coordinating receipt of material with project manager to ensure timely progress payments- Control issuance of all materials and tools to on-site construction personnel- Maintaining all temporary job site equipment and facilities, site services- Itemizing, documenting, preparing unused material and coordinating their return to vendors and warehouse at job close-out- Coordinating return material and tools shipments and logistics and commercial resource coordinator- Assist superintendent in job-site demobilization- Responsible for accounting for and controlling the security of material and equipment. Responsible for all field purchase - Capable or working independently and resourcefully in challenging construction site environments and must have good cost-control decision-making abilities and judgmentLocal candidate are encouraged to apply.
