Classification: CFO

Compensation: $122,727.99 to $150,000.00 per year

A large national company is seeking a CFO for their local opporations. The CFO will be responsible for for timely and accurate financial close and analysis including review and approval of monthly journal entries; review reconciliation of contracts to P&L, inventory, transportation and product cost accounting. The CFO will also be responsible for the budget, forecast and variance analysis process working in collaboration with local management and Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.The CFO will also develop and enhance internal control process and ensure compliance is properly documented in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and prepare and present compliance reporting or variance analysis for local and corporate management. The CFO will also develop monthly management and corporate reports including monthly derivative analysis and adjustments. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
