Office Pavilion, the #1 woman-owned business in Hawaii, is looking for an experienced, motivated individual for the position of Installation Scheduler / Coordinator for our high-end contract furnishings company.
The Installation Scheduler is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the Warehouse by effectively and efficiently scheduling and coordinating product shipments, manpower, trucks, equipment, product, permits, and other trades/subcontractors. Involves heavy interface with clients and vendors. Must be able to interact positively with others while prioritizing a myriad of tasks including answering phone calls, generating shipping manifests, and booking containers. This challenging position requires a team-player with a proven track record of excellent customer service that pitches in wherever needed including paperwork and other administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
Minimum requirements:
2 years of scheduling and coordinating experience
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong typing and computer skills
