Compensation: $11.00 to $12.00 per hour

In this role, you will build strong customer relations by answering high volume phone calls, assisting with customer questions and concerns, and directing calls to the appropriate party. This position provides ample training, scripts and examples in order to effectively assist customers. This position is based in a call center.

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representatives must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Requires intermediate basic office skills, typing and attention to detail. Previous experience in the medical industry and familiarity with HIPAA laws are strongly preferred.
