Mosaic Sales Solutions is an event marketing agency that delivers brand experiences that bring our clients products directly to the people who buy them. Advertising Age recentlyincluded usin their Best Places to Work in Marketing and Media list, and we are about to expand our team!We are currently seeking a highly driven, professional Temporary Part-Time Brand Ambassador to join our innovative, growing company.This position will primarilybe responsible for driving brand awareness and advocacy by working closely with the retail sales personnel, promoting mobile devices and reporting on our clientsproducts, promotions andservices.TheBrand Ambassadorwill:- Educate and train retail sales force about the products key features and service offerings
- Generate in-store buzz through passion and engagement of our clients products
- Offer product setup for customers on-site
- Provide on-site assistance with customerdevice issues and hardware returns
- Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel
- Make a significant impact on sales and improve the consumer buying experience
- Maintain and build brand presence at retail through merchandising, display maintenance and some POP and plan-o-gram compliance
- Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines
- Maintain working knowledge of allproducts in order to be a subject matter expert
- Engage consumers and share key messages about our clients new product offering
- Provide detailed feedback on attendee interactions and comments
- Enthusiastically create memorable brand experiences for consumers
- Present a professional appearance
- Wear specifically required apparel
Job Requirements
- Ability to work a weekend schedule with some evenings, 18 hours a week(Friday - Sunday-number of hours may vary slightly)
- Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology gadgets
- Knowledge of current and pre-existing tablet technologies, understands qualities and benefits of these products
- 1 - 2 years of wireless retail sales and/or training experience is a plus
- Familiar with carriers, big box, and consumer electronics
- Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude and tremendous interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable educating and sharing product feature and benefit information with customers and retail associates/agents
- Communicate effectively in group presentations and demonstrations
- Independent and motivated team player
- Regular physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional material
- Must reside in a centrally-located area close to the assigned territory
- Reliable transportation with valid drivers license
- 24/7 access to internet/email access
- Must have access to Windows-based PC with Internet Explorer 8
- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Officea plus
