Job Description

Classification: Secretary/Admin Asst

Compensation: $11.00 to $13.25 per hour

Waikiki Hotel is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to help with a special project in their HR department. Duties include scanning employee records, correspondence, answering phones, and other clerical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requires 1+ years recent administrative experience, basic proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, excellent attention-to-detail, and the ability to follow directions. Prior HR experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity for a reliable candidate to gain more experience in Human Resources!
