Classification: Customer ServiceCompensation: $9.00 to $12.00 per hour
Honolulu Transportation Company is seeking a temporary-to-full-time Dispatcher to join their team! Duties include scheduling, dispatching, maintain records, billing/invoicing, provide excellent customer service and other general clerical tasks (e.g. filing, faxing, typing, data entry, copying, scanning) as needed.
Job Requirements
Requires 3 years+ recent customer service experience, familiar with Oahu streets and locations, basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), excellent attention to detail, organized, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency, able to communicate with all levels of employees and vendors, flexible, reliable and a team player. Shift starts at 5am and must be available to work holidays and weekends as needed.
