Classification: Credit/Collections Clerk

Compensation: $45,000.99 to $55,000.00 per year

Downtown Honolulu legal firm seeking a professional Billing and Collections Supervisor. The Billing and Collections Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the internal billing and collections, as well as updating all client aging reports. The Billing and Collections Supervisor will work closely with clients assisting on overdue and delinquent accounts, and this role requires someone who is able to communicate effectively and handle a variety of different and difficult personalities. The role will support the department by consistently updating the internal electronic billing database.A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred for this role, but relevant experience will be considered. With a degree, a minimum of 3+ years of collections experience is required. Strong written and verbal communications skills are need for this role, as is extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Programs.
