Classification: Secretary/Admin Asst - JuniorCompensation: $9.00 to $14.00 per hour
Honolulu CPA firm is seeking a temporary-to-full-time Front Office Administrative Assistant to start by November 11th. Duties will include answering light phones, greeting clients, handling incoming and outgoing mail, typing, copying, filing, faxing, data entry and other general administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Requires 2 years+ recent administrative experience, preferably in a front office position, basic Excel (data entry), intermediate MS Word (formatting, mail merge), positive attitude, good communication and phone skills, able to work with strong personalities and a reliable and flexible team player.
