Program Coordinator at Kekaha

Job Description

The Hana Group is now hiring for Program Coordinators to work at the Pacific Missile Range Facility on Kauai. 

The Program Coordinator work as part of a team whose goal is to provide PMRF with the support needed to fulfill mission requirements.  Specifically, the Program Coordinator will assist  with Mission Support Planning, Coordination, and Universal Documentation System (UDS) requirements documentation.

Duties include, but are not limited to:  Supports development of project plans and reporting in support of government requirements. Provides support by ensuring project activities from project start through completion are on schedule. Supports development of project plans and reporting procedures in support of the project. Assists with documenting program operations,  range integration, and organizational communication plans to support the path to first test and subsequent testing. Documenting program support plans,  test plan and procedures specific to mission events, test requirements; preparing various mission documents and reports using the Range Commanders Conucil (RCC) and Universal Documentation System (UDS).

 Additional duties in support of these mission activities will include making/distribution copies of documents and test plans, assisting with maintenance of documentation of contract deliverables, recording and distribution of meeting minutes, action item lists, meeting agendas, and coordinating visitor access.

 

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:

• 2 years administrative experience
• Technical writing experience a plus
• Experience working in a technical environment a plus
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
• Organized and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Ability to understand technical terminology

Education Requirements: AA degree in a technical field

Candidates mus have the ability to obtain a government Secret Security Clearance.
