CSR Trainee
8-5 M-F
Pay: Up to $13.00
Temporary
Perform a wide range of Customer Service duties, for several lines of business, to include: gathering of appeals & grievance data, eligibility and payment verification, conduct member satisfaction surveys, call documentation and handling, claims payment research and benefit clarification duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Job Duties: Ensures customers receive exceptional service when responding to telephone, written and in person inquires.
Job Requirements:
- HS/GED 
- 1-3 years experience 
Skills:
- Alertness and attention to detail. 
- Ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously. 
- Ability to meet deadlines. 
- Willingness to learn. 
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as a part of a team 
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and various personalities. 
- Ability to use a 10 key and typewriter as well as computer applications (e.g., 
- Microsoft Word, Excel)
