Accounts Payable/Receivable at Honolulu

Job Description

Position Title: Accounts Payable Analyst
Location: HI-Honolulu
Hours: 40 hours/week M-F 8-4:30pm (Core Hours-with 30minutes for lunch) Please ensure that the contractor is able to commit to an 8:00am - 4:30pm schedule.

Experience Requirements:
*PeopleSoft Experience (highly preferred)
*Minimum 3 years of full cycle A/P experience
*Excellent Customer Service Skills and follow through

Scope of the project: Assisting with Accounts Payable backlog

Top 3 skills needed to succeed in this position: 1) Able to follow instructions/directions 2) Ability to handle high volumes in a fast-paced environment 3) Customer Service Oriented

Top 5 daily responsibilities: 1) Processing invoices (including scanning & mailroom duties) 2) Researching issues 3) Responding to customer service emails and phone calls in a professional manner

# of team members: Total number of members in the department is approx 8-12
Note: This person will not be doing any supervision
