Job Description

Skills:
· Must have 6+ years of .Net development experience using Microsoft latest technologies

· 3 + years of development experience using Content Management System using Sitecore -- Web Content Management

· Exposure in development of SiteCore -- Digital Marketing and Analytics

· Experience in programming with latest .NET design patterns and leveraging sitecore and its API.

· Experience in UI design by leveraging AJAX, JQuery, CSS3, HTML5 development with a strong hands on working experience in templates/layouts/Sub layouts using CMS tools (Preferable Site core/ SDLTridion) is mandatory.

· Experience in developing sitecore based solutions for large scale projects specifically multi-lingual and E-Commerce based websites.

· Hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization, DMS, Digital Asset Management and Multi Site Deployments would be highly desirable

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Should be involved in developing the strategic architecture for a large scale CMS migration from SharePoint and also should be able to articulate realistic Sitecore options/ Other CMS tools and capabilities to meet project requirements.

· Experience in Agile development framework, tools with airline domain knowledge is preferable.

· Participate in technical discussions and suggest best practices.

· Responsible for designing and implementing specific proof of concepts/components as and when required.

· Review current applications technology platform/APIs and design new components in .net that integrate with this system

· This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, manage geographically dispersed resources and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

· Should have excellent communication skills and continuously work with senior managers, come up with new strategies, come up with quick solutions

· Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
