Administrative Assistant

As our branch administrator, you will support the General Manager and contribute to the success of the office.
Responsibilities include:
- Process service technician’s weekly sales documentation
- Prepare bank deposits
- Assist in increasing sales through prospecting for new customers and further penetrating existing accounts
- Handle customer phone calls
- Various administrative functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Job Requirements
If you have 3+years of office experience with exceptional organizational skills,attention to detail,strong oral and written communication.
