SUCCESSFUL, PROFITABLE, SERVICE COMPANY IS SEEKING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR THEHONOLULU, HIAREA.

The main responsibility of this position is to identify and create market opportunities, in addition to maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients throughout the Seattle areato support our continued success and growth.

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business development and marketing in a service related industry such as commercial real estate, retail or within the hospitality industry.
• Must be able to work independently with a proven track record of self-motivation performance, and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• You must be able to set priorities and meet deadlines, as well as be able to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and additional opportunities as they arise.
• Knowledge of analyzing P & Ls and be Microsoft Office Suite proficient.
