Classification: General OfficeCompensation: $9.00 to $12.00 per hour
Kapolei Non-Profit Organization is seeking a temporary, possible temporary-to-full-time Office Assistant to support their Human Resources Department. Duties include heavy data entry and filing, assisting with on-boarding and new hire paperwork, faxing, copying, scanning, data entry, answering phones and other general administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Requires basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel, 2 years+ recent Administrative experience, team player, flexible and reliable. Intermediate or higher software proficiency, experience in Publisher and Human Resources experience preferred. Free parking!
