Part Time Sales, Event Marketing, Networking â HR Software at Honolulu

Job Description

Part Time (could become Full Time if desired)

20 to 30 hrs a week, flexible schedule

Pay: base hourly rate plus commission

Are you looking for a great opportunity to work for a growing HR software company? Are you outgoing, independent, and a quick learner? Do you want the opportunity to get paid based on your hard work, but still have a base wage?

ApplicantPRO is looking for a local business development representative in Hawaii. Your job will include prospecting for new contacts through networking & event marketing, including monthly HR/association events as well as online LinkedIn marketing. You will then work to schedule demos with your prospects so that one of our senior sales managers can show them a demo of our various hiring products and services. Finally, you will follow-up and work with your leads as you take them through a free-trial of the products that they are interested in, and then close the sale. This job will require that you are extremely comfortable with the Internet and computers, and that you are organized and great at follow-up via email and phone.

Requirements:

  • Background in HR/Recruiting, business, or previous sales/marketing experience would be helpful but not required
  • Must have a Positive Attitude, Independent Spirit, and be a quick learner
  • Must be comfortable speaking in person and at a professional level.
  • High level of comfort with the Internet and different types of web-based software
  • Must love people and getting to know them.
  • Must have transportation.


This job will be working from your home, as well as travelling out to different events and appointments in Hawaii.
