Classification: Accounting Clerk

Compensation: $12.35 to $14.30 per hour

Accounting Associate:Are you interested in an opportunity with both administrative and accounting duties? This position may be for you! Our client in the service industry is looking to add an Accounting Associate to their team. This is a temporary to part-time assignment and the position will gradually work toward full-time as work increases.Duties include reception, scheduling dispatch, customer service calls, shipping and receiving, entering sales orders and purchase orders into QuickBooks, inventory reports and expense reports into Excel, and other duties as assigned. Job Requirements

* Requires minimum of 2+ years experience Knowledge of QuickBooks Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel Ability to work independently Highly organized Basic Account Reconciliation Switchboard Phones up to 10 Lines Sales Analysis & Reporting Inventory - Analysis Expense Reports
