This position is located at the Hawaii Regional Campus, Kaneohe Bay, HI. This position reports to the Director, College of Distance Education and Training (CDET), for the effective operation and administration of the campus.

· Oversee the operation of the regional campus, observation of the educational process and review of Adjunct Facility (AF) qualifications..
· Manage the documentation and maintenance of student records.
· Coordinate the training and development within the regional campus.
· Determine regional requirements for all distance education programs (DEP) courseware materials.
· Prepare statistical reports relevant to student enrollment, rank , service and participation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Generally, current Federal employees applying for GS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. This requirement is called time-in-grade.
