What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Director of Revenue Management you would be responsible to coordinate with the Director of Revenue Management and the Revenue Management Committee to develop and execute the revenue management strategies for the Hilton Hawaiian Village. You would perform critical analysis to determine the best decisions for maximizing the overall hotel revenue. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Building, managing and communicating short and long range forecast.
- Designing and deploying dynamic pricing strategies in line with the corporate pricing models.
- Optimizing and controlling room type inventory, allotments, and length of stay patterns.
- Developing long range strategic performance targets, analyzing results, and developing recommendations to improve performance.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, want to accelerate their career, be a part of one of the most visible hotels in the Hilton family, and have a true passion for revenue management. Must have related analytical experience and strong experience or adaptable training in the use of automated systems, personal computers and software programs. Three to five years experience in Revenue Management preferred. Must have flexible availability.
