Job Description
Inbound Customer Service Rep
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay: $9.50 to $10.00 per hour
Assist providers and members with inquiries (e.g., provider eligibility, membership card requests, etc.), resolve issues and identify trends. Excellent listening, analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Call center experience and customer service experience are required.
Job Duties:
Communicates with the customer to help them understand proper use of medical insurance
Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
Handles customer problems related to medical insurance or coverages.
Researches and resolves customers disputes and problems within established guidelines.
Strives to resolve customer issues on the first call without having to transfer callers.
Utilizes computer/on-line guidelines in responding to customer inquiries.
Job Requirements
HS/GED
6 months to 1 year experience
