Customer Service Representative at Honolulu

Job Description

Classification: Customer Service

Compensation: $9.50 to $12.00 per hour

Honolulu Healthcare Organization is seeking a temporary, possible temporary-to-full-time Customer Service Representative. Duties include fielding high volume inbound calls in a call center environment, data entry, filing, faxing, copying and other general clerical and customer service related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Requires 1 year+ recent experience in the Healthcare industry, 1 year+ recent Customer Service experience, basic MS Word and Excel proficiency, excellent phone/communication/customer service skills, sensitivity to confidential information, able to work effectively both independently and within a team, flexible, reliable and business-minded. Recent Call Center experience strongly preferred.
