Job Description
Develop, implement, manage, maintain and enhance effective Compliance Programs and Risk Assessments including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and OFAC compliance to ensure that regulatory requirements and agency guidelines are met. Identifies BSA, AML and OFAC risk associated with products and services and advises management on the development of policy, procedures, systems, controls and training to address those risks. Play a key role as an internal consultant to colleagues throughout the organization for BSA/AML and OFAC related compliance. Responsible for internal reporting of BSA/AML related information to the Audit Committee.Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related compliance or audit experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Solid understanding of BSA/AML, OFAC, Fraud and Regulatory related regulations, policies and procedures as well as practical application. Anti-Money laundering Professional with a Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialist, CAMS designation preferred. Strong PC skills; working knowledge of all common Office applications (i.e. Word & Excel) and Internet applications. Familiarity with BSA/AML software, core processing applications and Cognos. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; including bank staff, management, customers, vendors, and community.Country: USA, State: Hawaii, City: Honolulu, Company: Hawaii National Bank.
