Director of Revenue Management at Honolulu

We are currently building a best in class revenue management organizational structure that will redefine the traditional revenue management model. The team is expanding and we are actively searching for the best revenue management minds. The newly defined organizational structure will be made up of on-property revenue management positions with openings for Director of Revenue Management, Assistant Directors of Revenue Management and Revenue Managers.



As the Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible to coordinate with the Hilton Corporate Office, Regional Corporate Office, General Manager, and Executive Committee of the hotel, to develop long and short range revenue management strategies to improve the financial results for the hotel. You will lead the revenue management team and coordinate with the revenue management committee to achieve the desired financial outcomes for the hotel.

What will I be doing?


 


As the Director of Revenue Management you would be responsible to direct the revenue management activities required to achieve the desired financial results for the hotel.  Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


 




  • Active member on the hotels Executive Committee


  • Develop the annual budget and long range performance targets


  • Driving property strategies to improve financial results


  • Define and deploy pricing strategies in compliance with the Hilton Corporate guidelines


  • Maintain accurate business intelligence systems


  • Coordinate with the Director of Sales and Director of Events to increase overall hotel revenues

 


 


 

What are we looking for?


 


The successful candidate will have five to ten years experience in Revenue Management.  Multi-property or regional responsibilities preferred.  Strong experience or adaptable training the use of automated systems, personal computers and software programs.  Must have flexible availability.
