HawaiiActivities.com, Hawaiis leader in online activity reservations for over 10 years, is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Full-Time Reservations Agent at our Waikiki office. HawaiiActivities.com is designed to give Hawaii visitors the tools they need to create the ultimate Hawaiian adventure. Whether they are planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation or a business trip, HawaiiActivities.com will help to make it the trip of their lifetime.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support via phone and email to our customers and activity providers.
- Offering an outstanding level of customer service and recommending additional activities and upgrades.
- Various administrative and basic accounting duties
- Taking on miscellaneous back-up job-related duties.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must be outgoing, possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot in an often fast-paced small call-center/office environment! Also required are strong oral and written communication skills and excellent telephone manner with the ability to work with a variety of different types of clients. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word/Excel, Internet search and navigation) and having a general knowledge of Hawaii is required!We LOVE Hawaii and so should you!
