Security Attendant / Maintenance Help

**Must hold current State of Hawaii Guard License***

Full Time, 3pm-11pm, and 8am-4pm shift available for a large condominium complex in Maikiki. Weekend work is required. Job Duties include:

Walking entire premises to maintain a safe area to all guests and residents.
Checking in Guests - front desk duties - phones, dispatch.
Assisting guests with parking, or other concerns.
Assisting Residents with everyday needs - mail, maintenance inquiries, delivery etc

Job Requirements

***Must hold current State of Hawaii Guard License
Must be personable and able to assist a small maintenance team.
Must have excellent communication skills and able to read/write English. (work orders)
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be able to pass all background checks.
