Scientific Research Corporation, a leading Research and Development Company providing innovative solutions focused on advanced commercial technologies in the development of wireless communications, information, and sensor systems for the Department of Defense Service Sector, Government and Commercial industries, has an exciting career opportunity for a Sr. Cyber Intelligence Analyst, located at Camp Smith, Hawaii.The selected candidate will serve as the subject matter analyst and possibly the task lead for a Quick Reaction Test (QRT) team that will provide support services for the research, development, testing, analysis, validation, and publication of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) for the Joint Cyber space Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (JCISR) QRT. Responsibilities include leading and supporting JCISR team efforts in the development of required deliverables by providing expertise on current intelligence and cyber policies and practices. TTP will focus on providing intelligence community accurate information detailing Cyber community intelligence needs and requirements. TTP will also provide Cyber warfighter the process and procedures necessary to reach within the Intelligence community for the needed information. TTP will provide a vital link between intelligence and Cyber communities as they plan and employ within the PACOM AOR. They will conduct research on how to best integrate and focus intelligence ISR capabilities and requirements and analysis of adversary cyber forces and capabilities. Goal is maximize cyber efforts into existing COCOM planning and processes; including highly focused studies and analyses to support development of processes for prioritization of cyber employment at the COCOM level. This job requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred with 10+ years of related experienceMust have experience with United States Pacific Command (PACOM) processes for the planning and integration of intelligence and cyber capabilities and must demonstrate expertise in planning, coordinating, integrating, synchronizing and conducting activities.Must have either Intelligence or Cyber experience in cyber operations for a Combatant Command preferred within PACOM.Must have a background in intelligence planning and distribution in support fo cyber planning ro operations, information security/cyber securityExperience with the application of offensive cyber concepts, practices, and toolsA Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the past five years is requiredDesired skills:Military service in PACOM intelligence or cyber operationsMust be proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office softwareAn Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerCountry: USA, State: Hawaii, City: Camp H M Smith, Company: Scientific Research Corp.
